You may not know it by name, but I'd wager that once you hear the sublime first movement "requiem aeternam" you'll either recognize it immediately, or never want to forget it. A holiday gift from dear friends. It's an amazing choral work, by an often neglected composer. I have some really wonderful friends....
I have sung the Rutter Requiem, it's a great piece to sing and to listen to. Good choice!
