I haven't posted any food pics for awhile. I have, however, still been eating! And cooking, of course.
CHEESY HAM + 5 CHOWDER. The five being: Onion, Celery, Corn, Carrots & Potatoes.
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM STROGANOFF. Name sort of covers it! I make it with Onion, Celery, Carrots and Pancetta.
2 EGGS SUNNY-SIDE UP, HICKORY SMOKED BACON & TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFIN--the classic Breakfast!
TACO BOAT with SPANISH RICE.
FRESH GREEN BEANS blanched and then served with Butter & a little Kosher Salt. It was my dinner on a weekday when I was just too tired to be creative...and it was DELICIOUS!
