Zalagna: Something Different


I saw this recipe online and then just made my usual Lasagna only substituted blanched lenthwise cut Zucchini for the noodles.  Can I tell you?--FABULOUS!  I layered the zucchini with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and sweet Italian sausage.  Baked the who at 350˚ for about 60 minutes (until the top turned golden.
