Fish and Chips with a Twist!

Just fish (Tilapia) and chips with homemade coleslaw. BUT no Catsup. Instead Mango Chili Sauce! Love this stuff.

It was seven years to the day after the birth of Oprah Winfrey, and one year before the death of Robert Frost on that same day. Cool associations both.
