Stuffed Thick Pork Chops

 I'll confess, I'm flying by the seat of my culinary pants here! I bought these thick boneless pork chops (2 of them), and sliced them into fans with four divisions. Slathered them with Hunts Barbecue sauce and stuffed them with apples and pears. Then I surrounded them with bread stuffing and lined up fresh green beans along both ends of the casserole dish. Dropped the lid down and put the whole thing in the oven @350˚ for what I'm thinking will be an hour.



 Dinner part two--DELICIOUS! OMG, I'm a genius.
