I have some trustworthy go to places for recipes and inspiration and one of my favorites is The New York Times Food Section. This recipe comes from there.
Spicy Fried Shrimp With Green Chutney (however I used an Orange Ginger Sauce instead. I made a salad with Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Scallions, Cilantro and Cashews. I also made Red Rice Noodles.
