You'll use 1 pound of raw Shrimp in the 16-20 count size (large). Peel them and set aside.
Cut up into bite-sized pieces: 1 Onion, 1/2 each of a Green, Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Pepper, and 3-2 small stalks of Celery.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter over medium heat and toss in the veggies. Stir a minute or so. Toss in the Shrimp and season generously with Montreal Steak Seasoning ®. Cook on medium for 15 minutes tossing every couple of minutes and covering in between. You'll know when the Shrimp is cooked, and then serve over rice with some fresh squeezed Lemon juice.
