Just got my July/August issue of Cooking Illustrated magazine. The subscription was a gift from a friend and I LOVE IT! It's a really low hype, high quality, actual cooks resource. And it also has some beautiful art, and wonderful tips. The recipes are not only presented, but deconstructed.
In this issue I deeply enjoyed the Other Veggie Slaw, Grilled Onions, Paella, and Rating Parmesans articles.
The artwork on the cover. Frame-able for sure.
Two of the Quick Tips in this issue!

And the amazing work of art that is always on the back cover.
