Mediterranean Chicken Alfredo

Sauteed thinly sliced chicken breast with mushroom, kalamata olives, parsley and capers in an Alfredo sauce. Served on cous cous with asparagus.

Randuwa: I was born on a bitterly cold end of January night in the year 1961. It was seven years to the day after the birth of Oprah Winfrey, and one year before the death of Robert Frost on that same day. Cool associations both.
