Today I took a day old Baked Potato, sliced it into thick wedges and browned it in olive oil and then seasoned it with freshly ground black pepper and dried oregano, peeled 7 jumbo Shrimp and sautéed them with garlic, black pepper, caraway & fennel seeds, AND sautéed Asparagus tips in the same oil before adding two scrambled eggs and topping it with some Colby-Jack cheese. It was all easy. It was all delicious!
