Potato Broccoli Casserole

Potato Broccoli Casserole!

Yukon Gold Potatoes (cooked and then mashed)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Pancetta (cooked)
1 head of Broccoli (chopped and blanched)
1 bunch Scallions
6 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Black Pepper
Awesomely delicious!
