Saucijzenbroodje: What Are Friends For?

My friend Nick brought this recipe to my attention and so tonight I made Saucijzenbroodje in honor of our friendship and roasted some green beans and new potatoes to go with it--seemed Dutch enough to me.  Bedankt, Nick!
