Summer Vacation Redux #6: Kansas City: Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, part 5 of 9

After completing my visit to the Bloch Building of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, it was time to enter the original building and after enjoying the Sculpture Hall and the Kirkwood Hall it was also time for lunch.

And I have to admit that I was far more enamored with the murals than the sculptures in the "sculpture hall".

Kirkwood Hall is this imposing atrium where imperial storm troopers might be expected to march through.

Lunch was amazing.  The Watermelon Gazpacho and the Cocoanut Tiramisu were the best parts.
