Today was such a wonderfully lazy lovely day! The most
ambitious thing I did was make this amazing Brunch sandwich: A BLT with egg and
jalapeño cheddar cheese and horseradish sauce, too! Crispy, crunchy, spicy,
juicy deliciousness!
