Made soup today! Tuscan Bean & Rice Soup with Sweet Italian Sausage and Shrimp.

Add to this Onion, Green Beans, Jalapeno, Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Zucchini, Shallots, Portobello Mushrooms; with Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Oregano, and Basil. There is Rice and Red Beans, of course.
