Spinach And Ham Quiche

The Egg portion was made from 6 eggs, 1 cup Half & Half, some kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper whisked together. Then I layered the following into a pie shell bottom to top

Onion: paper thinly slices yellow onion
Cheese I: shredded parmesan
Cheese II: 6 cheese Italian mix (shredded)
Spinach: Thawed frozen chopped
Egg mixture: 3 soup spoons full
Ham: Deli thin sliced Smoked Ham

REPEAT twice!

On third later of Ham, repeat:

Onion: paper thinly slices yellow onion
Cheese I: shredded parmesan
Cheese II: 6 cheese Italian mix (shredded)
Spinach: Thawed frozen chopped
And pour over the remaining Egg mixture.
Finish with a sprinkling of Smoked Paprika! Ooo LA LA!

Bake at 350˚ for 70 minutes, until set and golden brown on top. It will fill your home with such an aroma and deliciousness.
