And a Very Veggie Dinner, too.

Left over Sautéed Spinach and Carrots with Garlic.  And Roasted Cauliflower with Golden Raisins, Capers, Roasted Pine Nuts and Celery Greens in a dressing made from Vermouth, dried Oregano and Indian Chili-Mango sauce.
