The theme that informed the facade is from the ancient text, "Let justice role down like the waters."
The build is modular in the tall all the roofs lift off and the "third" floor is removable as is its roof.
Two jail cells are found in the back end of the second floor. Police cars are parked in bays underneath and a kennel for the police dogs sits in the corner of the lot.
"Good dog!"
The design overall was very influenced by the lot where the building would reside.
And it fits nicely!
Convenient to city hall and a judge.
