Salad As Dinner

Sometimes a salad is the just the perfect meal all by itself.

This is one of my favorite salads to make.  It's a loose homage to the French Salad Nicoise.

Romaine Lettuce
Asparagus
Artichoke Hearts
Broccoli
Creamy Caesar Dressing
Hard Boiled Eggs
Ripe Black Olives
Freshly ground Black Pepper
