Dinner 15 June 03

So easy!

Fry up a package of Pancetta.  Add 8 oz. of Baby Portobello Mushrooms sliced.  Mix and saute.  Add 1 cup of peas and cover.  Reduce heat and watch until they are bright green--maybe 1 minute.  Add a tub of Butoni Alfredo light sauce.  Serve over linguini and garnish with shaved parmesan cheese.  Freaking delicious!
