Dinner 15 June 04

I coated Turkey Cutlets with House-Autry batter flour and browned it in olive oil.  Made some Turkey Gravy with scallions and capers to garnish the cutlet.  Used the same pan to saute veggies: Carrots, Baby Portobellos, Zucchini and Sugar Snap Peas.  And made some instant Cheesy Whipped Potatoes.
