Creamed Spinach and Mushrooms

 Cut up a couple of slices of Hardwood Smoked Bacon and cook.  Add one each 8 oz. pkg of sliced Button Mushrooms and sliced Baby Portobello Mushrooms.  Cover and let them cook down.  Add two pkg of frozen Creamed Spinach (thawed).  Mix and heat and then add one can of Campbell's condensed Cream of Onion Soup.
Serve over toasted bread bites.  I used a rustic olive loaf for a little more flavor.
