Jambalaya Saturday!

Originally envisioned as one of those toss it all in dishes like a Goulash, Stew or Chop Suey, you mustn't be afraid to switch up the ingredients to make a Jambalaya palatable to you.  I for one do not like Okra--sorry kids.  So I use green beans instead and they work just fine!
