Sauté a package of Li'l Smokey Sausages and after they swell and brown a bit (and I add 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil to encourage the browning). Add an Onion (Cut to suit), 8 Oz. of sliced Button Mushrooms toss and cover cutting the temp down. You want to sweat the good juices out of the shrooms! Next add a package of large curly Spinach (Chopped crudely) and cover for about 2 minutes. Then add half a box of cooked Cavatappi Pasta and then a container of Butoni Alfredo Sauce. Mix it all up. Turn off the burner. Add in a package of bisected Cherry Tomatoes and toss again.
