It's really a simple Egg Salad. The twist is to serve it with a Kosher Garlic-Dill Pickle slice. I choose to use a good Italian Bread from a local bakery and I butter the slice that goes up against the pickle to keep the juices from the pickle turning the bread into a garlic-dill juice sponge! It's a little trick, but it makes a big difference.

Great Lunch Sandwich
I first had a version of this at the Café located in the Neue Galerie in New York City. My ex- and I traveled to the city to experience it shortly after it opened and while it's inaugural exhibitions of works by Gustave Klimt and Oskar Kokoschka were still on display.
