Just finished a sweet little novel by Barbara Kingsolver, "The Bean Trees". She is a master weaver and creates such sympathetic characters--you love them, flaws and all.
I like that I've read "Poisonwood Bible" and "Lacuna" which both came after this one. You get a great sense of her growth as a writer.
