Zesty Tilapia Bake

This is a variation of my friend, Adele's "Alabama Shrimp Bake" without the shrimp!

ZESTY TILAPIA BAKE

2 to 4 Tilapia fillets (as needed for your purposes)
1 stick of Butter
.5 cup Lemon Juice
.5 cup Worcester Sauce
1 Yellow Onion, sliced
2 Lemons, sliced with peel
1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced
1 good pinch of fresh Rosemary
freshly ground Black Pepper

1) Melt butter and combine with lemon juice and Worcester Sauce.  2) Add rosemary and jalapeƱo pepper. 3) In a baking dish, layer the lemon and onion slices.  4) place the Tilapia fillets on top, after rinsing.  5) distribute the butter mixture across the fillets and grind some fresh black pepper over the concoction. 6) Bake @ 400˚ uncovered for 35-40 minutes.

I served it with a Napa Cabbage Apple Slaw and a sauteed veggie medley of Portobello Mushrooms, Carrots, Zucchini and Stewed Tomatoes (canned and seasoned with Garlic and Oregano).
