Fish!

Tried a new batter mix on a whim.    I just happened to notice it at the grocery store.  It's from England and called "Chip-Shop-Batter".  It's very light and crunchy and without an ounce of flavor!  Note to myself, salt, pepper, maybe a little garlic powder....  Hmmm.
Also batter fried some yellow squash and steamed some broccoli to finish the meal out.
