Tortilla Taco Cups

Made in a muffin tin by pressing in flour tortillas and then adding some refried beans with green peppers and minced garlic, then cooked shredded beef, corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions, then shredded pepper jack cheese.  Baked for 20 minutes at 350˚ to heat evenly and melts the cheese.
