Load Breakfast Hash

Had a couple of left over baked potatoes and this came to mind.

Cube potatoes and Ham steak, chop half an onion, some red pepper and some green pepper and sauté in a little olive oil.  When the onions are cooked and the potatoes and ham are lightly browned stir in two scrambled eggs and mix until they cook through.  Yum Yum!
