Holiday Meals!

 For Brunch/lunch I made Ham Salad and then finger sandwiches to munch on as I got hungry throughout the day.
 Dinner featured Stuffed thick-cut Pork Chops, Potatoes au Gratin, and Carrots & Green Beans cooked in Lemon-Butter and Chives.

Dessert: Dutch Sour Cream Apple Pie!
