2011 In Blogs Added To History

I love data and so here's a representation of my activity on this blog since it's inception in June of 2005. Each "shelf" contains 12 "books" representing the 12 months of the year. The taller the book the more blog posts.

I am so imagining an open ended math problem around this graphic to use with my staff this year to illustrate the new 8 Standards of Mathematical Practice in the Common Core State Standards and to challenge their thinking regarding the implementation of these standards in their lesson design.
