My once heralded school with its rooftop tennis court and green house is no more. Designed to straddle the gulf of the imaginary River, it never completely fulfilled it's promise.
It did teach me a lot of the potential of design, yet, in the end, was more of a nuisance than an integral component of the community.
So now there is some really choice real estate up for grabs in Lego City.
The open "river" space...
The left bank has a nice foot print, but abuts a gas station... An independent hardware store has purchased the property.
The right back remains to be determined.
