The last day of my Spring break and spending a couple of hours walking around the Mall and Tidal Basin seemed like a good idea. The morning started off partly cloudy but soon descended into an afternoon of chilly grayness. Pity, too. I'm sure the following images would have been much more luminous had the sun been available to join me on my little adventure.
