Today's sermon comes from an anonymous source and was written on a postcard sent to the post secret blog. I heard it read today when it was shared on the NPR program Interfaith Voices during a conversation with the blog's creator, Frank Warren.
"If oblivion is all there is when we die. If nothing happens other than suffering ends, or a happy life was lived, or an evil life was snuffed out, or a boring life is at last over. I think that’s a wonderful alternative to heaven and hell, and I choose oblivion.” ~ anonymous
Amen.
