This is made in a muffin tin, and the results are like "sandwiches"--great for quick meals and lunches the next day.
The basic recipe is 1 cup Bisquick, 1 cup milk, & 4 eggs. How simple is that?
For this iteration, I added dried Basil, Oregano and Parsley to the batter. I put the following ingredients into the cups: Sweet Italian Sausage (cooked, of course), Broccoli (also obviously blanched), Shallots, and shredded JalapeƱo Jack Cheese.
Bake the whole in a 375˚ oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
