It's really a simple Egg Salad. The twist is to serve it with a Kosher Garlic-Dill Pickle slice. I choose to use a good Italian Bread from a local bakery and I butter the slice that goes up against the pickle to keep the juices from the pickle turning the bread into a garlic-dill juice sponge! It's a little trick, but it makes a big difference.
