A Simple Meal Illustrated

SEE?  Anyone can do it.
1) Prepare a bunch of GREEN BEANS (cut off the ends only) and a RED PEPPER (slice into strips), while gathering OLIVE OIL, minced GARLIC, PANCETTA and BLACK PEPPER. You will also need a bag of NEW POTATOES and some KOSHER SALT.

2) Combine the OLIVE OIL, minced GARLIC, PANCETTA and BLACK PEPPER in a mixing bowl.

3) Add the GREEN BEANS and RED PEPPER.

4) Mix thoroughly.

5) Girdle a bunch of little NEW POTATOES (russet or yukon gold either works fine) and place in a baking dish.

6) Top with OLIVE OIL, minced GARLIC, PANCETTA, BLACK PEPPER, GREEN BEANS and RED PEPPERS spreading evening. Sprinkle with a little KOSHER SALT. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @350˚ for 60 minutes, turn off oven and leave inside for another 15-20.

7) Remove and serve. There's some good eatin's!
