Sit On It!

for the second year in a row, the Recycle Public Art Project issued an invitation for artists to create public seating from recycled, repurposed objects. Here are some of the results. They are available to the butts of anyone until October, and then they will be actioned off--if any of these catch your fancy! There are fifteen unique creations all around old town, and I'm kinda partial to Octopus....

Meet:
 "Time to Sit"
 "Revolving Organics"
 "Traffic Calming"
 "Octopus"
and, "We're Takoma!"
