Beef Sausage Cabbage

One of my favorite meals. I don't have a name for it. Here's how you make it.

1) Slice and brown one SMOKED BEEF SAUSAGE of your choosing. Use a little OLIVE OIL and when it is browned on both sides, toss in a diced ONION and a tablespoon of diced GARLIC. Also a little water (.25 cup?) it will cook down.

2) Add a healthy handful of fresh GREEN BEANS cut into little links--maybe a cup. (Now simmer on medium heat with a lid. I use a Lrg Wok-skillet.)

3) Add a medium head of cabbage cut into 1' cubes.

4) Add one can of RoTel mild diced tomatoes and 2 cans of diced tomatoes with spices and zesty peppers (DelMonte). Cover and simmer for about an hour to meld all the flavors.

5) Experience ambrosia!
