Christmas Eve Brunch: Egg Casserole

Base is 5 eggs and 2 cups of milk.  The rest is up to you!

 This iteration was made with:

• Breakfast Sausage
• Mushrooms
• Spinach
• Onion
• Munster Cheese

Into the oven for 60 minutes @ 350˚ in a butter rubbed baking dish.
