What I'm Reading #79

This is a wonderful little cookbook.  I wish it had more photos.  I like photos of the food.  But it doesn't detract from the wonderful things you will find here.  The recipes are simple and straightforward, easy to follow.  I have made 4 things from here solely based on on how the recipe sounded and all were delicious.  It is my first foray into the world of German cuisine and it certainly won't be my last.  Es ist eine wunderbare Kochbuch.
