I was struck by the similarity between this painting and a 15th century Incan Pancho in the collection of the Dumbarton Oaks Museum here in Washington, DC.
Chinese Ceramics, Korean pots and Japanese baskets were the featured works in the Asian Galleries.The Japanese Tea House was quite beautiful.
