Soup!

When recovering from the stomach flu, there will come a time when solid food is good.  May I suggest this?  A soup.

Start with Chicken stock

Add:
Potato
Carrot
Celery
Onion
and something green

I chose Broccoli

But Zucchini or Peas or even Green Beans would have been fine--vitamin A.
