The X-mas Tree Is Up

Silly little X-mas tree is up and glowing again. This year only with the ornaments that I have made myself over the years--an homage to Truman Capote's "Christmas Memory" (the finest American short story ever written IMHO), because remember "and plenty of fish, because they're easy to make". Mine are fish, and starfish, seahorses, sea turtles, and crabs--and then some regular old 6-sided stars. (The 5-sided are the starfish, of course!) No actual purple trees were harmed in the creation of this fantasy tradition, in case anyone was wondering.
