Diving first entered the Olympic pantheon of sports in 1904 St. Louis and never stopped being from contested from that competition on. Throughout the history of Diving at the Olympics the United States has won by nearly two and half times more medals than any other nation; however, in the recent past, this is a sport that has been the realm of China's athletes, and 2012 London was no exception.
